Awful/ Bad Customer service/ Don't care about their Customers

Last month April I called Absa insurance to move my debit order from the 1st to my pay date, the guy assisted and promised me that I will not be charged for that. Suddenly ABSA debited extra R360 on my account, I called first week and the last promised that I will get my the money back.. to this day I have not received a thing.. I called more than 4 times and same promise was made.. to this day I have not been assisted.

I am now deciding to move as this Bank does not honour their promises.
