Atrocious/Non existent Customer Service

i would not recommend ABSA Car insurance to anyone

I emailed ***ca on the 22 October and the 31 October to have things changed on my car insurance no response to date (CASE NUM ***7) 14 working days

when you call the call center you waiting more than 15min and still on hold.

on the activate app i requested a call back no call back to date

very poor service will be cancelling this insurance , they will probably on call me back once i put a stop on the debit order
