Extremely Poor No feedback given on Claim Had to call in and to be told its rejected as part of maintenance - This is moving into a house in the last year and also having had a contractor inspect the roof and inform me there was nothing wrong. Secondly the assessor sent out doesn't know anything about building has to confer with his laborer. Do you use a legit professional business or friends? Want to speak to a manager and told they don't sit there waiting for calls. Not my problem. Been sitting here waiting for 37 minutes.
