Assesor report
Got involved in a car accident and I requested an assesors report to see what exactly is the damage and see if I can not buy back the car to fix it since they want to write it off..They told me assesors report and insurance report is confidential they won't give it to me .My question is how is that the assesors report is confidential to me as a client?
