Arrogant and poor service by ABSA Insurance

Extremely poor service from the person handling my claim. I would never recommend ABSA insurance to anyone. My car was ****** 25 April. Until today I am waiting for the Absa insurance to settle the claim. I am financed by ABSa and my insurance is absa. It means I must continue to pay for the car insurance and inatlment for the car i don't even drive. The person handling my case doesn't even bother to provide update. I am approaching the insurance ombudsman to lay a complaint.
