Approved claim still finalised

Good day,

Claim reference ***.

For the past 2 weeks I have been told that our claim has been approved and reimbur*****t will be done in 2 to 3 working days.

To date no reimbur*****t has been done. This is not the only concern we have regarding our customer experience relating to this claim, our emails to your HOC claims mailbox refers.

Could this matter now be brought to a swift conclusion.
