Appreciation for outstanding assistance.
I would like to recognize Sibongile Malinga from ABSA Insurance Company for her assistance in resolving an issue with my policy. I was about to cancel my policy, but her kindness and approach persuaded me to consider.
She also maintained regular follow-ups to ensure everything is, which i greatly appreciate.
