He Really Assisted Me, after my Frustrating Experience with other Servicing Team Members, with an Incorrect Cancellation of my Policy with Absa Activate. I was particularly Impressed with the Quick, Efficient, Friendly and Professional Assistance from Mr Sizwe Mtembu. Sizwe's Attention and Willingness to go the Extra Mile, truly exceeded my expectations, and made a Significant and Positive Difference, to my experience over the past two days. He even followed up, after the matter had been resolved, making sure, I had received all the necessary documentation.
