Appalling Service and False Accusations by Absa Activate - stay away from this insurance if you want peace of mind

I am extremely disappointed with the way Absa Activate has handled my car insurance cancellation. I submitted a formal request for cancellation on 21 October and followed up multiple times yet received no response or acknowledgment. Weeks later, instead of confirming the cancellation, they falsely claimed my policy was terminated due to 2 missed payments. This is completely untrue.

I did not default on any payments. I requested cancellation, which they ignored. Their silence has caused financial strain, administrative complications, and the risk of dual coverage.

It is an absolute nightmare trying to get hold of anyone at Absa Activate. Their customer service is virtually non-existent, and the lack of communication is unacceptable.

This is not just poor service. It is a complete failure of responsibility and accountability. I demand confirmation of cancellation, termination of the debit order mandate, and removal of the telematic device.
