App not Working and not receiving rewards

I have a car insurance with ABSA, the App is not showing any information(not working) and I’m not receiving my rewards as promised, I’ve been trying to call them for more than 3months now but they not picking up and they are not responding to my emails.How will I get help incase of emergency, this is frustrating
