Another Bad Service Assistance

Good Day,

I am extremely disappointed in the outcome of my mother's hospital cover claim. When she goes to hospital, logically her diabetes doctor is the first person that will see her. Thereafter having done tests the relevant doctors will then come in to assist. Her kidneys and colon were infected hence the long stay in 2 different hospitals, and at her age why would she want to con her insurance. You guys should be looking after those long term clients then declining them whats owed to them. Her lawyer will be taking this on for FREE. One person that's doing right on her limited days cos of her illness!!!!
