Angry with Absa Insurance Company Limited

I'm Nokuzola Limetyeni have a problem with Absa. I've lost my brother son now I went to claim at Absa and they've told me that they are going to debt R6000 from my claim.The claim that is not even enough to bury him(R10000). Please help me I want to bury my nephew.
