********* and Unable to Cancel #nocustomerservice

I can't get a hold off them ever, I wanted to insure my new phone but unresponsive, I sent them a notice of cancellation as I am moving to OUTSURANCE but no response. They prices and claims were good service but customer service is non-existing.

I want confirmation that they are not going to deduct my premium this month as I can't pay for two insurance companies.
