An angry customer of Absa Idirect insurance

Am very disappointed in Absa idirect insurance...I have been calling them for past 2 weeks trying to cancel my car policy with them...even now as am typing am on a call trying to get hold of thier cancelling department...am only listening to the machine telling me one thing for past 45minutes...Im so dissatisfied with Absa idirect insurance Shem.
