AN ANGEL IN SHINING ARMOUR *****
I had a huge accident on the 11/10/2020 and my vehicle was written off. when i called idirect to claim there was a huge issue with my policy that affected my claims procedure. it took an angel who took their time and effort to make sure that he sorts the issue out professionally. He was an angel in my families life because without him i would have had to pay for car that does not exists and this would have affected my sick father.
MANDLA SIBIYA KEEP PUSHING ABSA TO THE TOP ESPECIALLY IDIRECT WHEN IT COMES TO AWESOME SERVICE. ME AND MY FAMILY THANK YOU
