Amazing customer experience- during a pandemic

This rating goes to Akho Anesisa Kenke @ Absa I Direct. This lady displays such amazing customer service and is always willing to help. Even though we are facing a pandemic and so many service providers are struggling with customer requests, Akho has never once ignored a request and I usually get a response on the same day and even with reduced service levels, she has never let me down. Akho always greets me with an amazing attitude and all my requests are timeously serviced! I think she deserves great recogintion from the organization and displays everything that a consultant should possess. I'm rating her because of the numerous requests she has assisted me with!
