I'm so disappointed on how Absa is handling my case, I bumped with my car month end of October, I phoned and reported an incident, then I had to make means to pull the car off the road and park it in my yard where it's safer, they said they'll come and take the vehicle for an inspection which took them a week and 3 days to do so, I had to follow up on them until they sent a truck to take to the inspection, where they did their investigation and inspections the i was told the car will be written off, the cost of fixing is above R100k, which is confusing looking at the damage, fine I requested a quote from the inspector, they refused to email it to me till today, only thing they said is I must just wait for the letter from the bank and sign then send it back.

This is so stressful and traumatic cause there's no clarification on what's happening.
