I'm currently insured with absa iderect insurance then I was involved in a car accident while people where trying to hijack me then I lost everything even my phone and felt unconscious then someone come and try to help me with towing and the towing truck was already there,then he told me that was not having airtime the guys from towing they said they can assist him with a phone according to him those people they went to a sticker in the car and dail the number then after they give him and the person who was talking to him confirm all my details and address so he was convinced that is my insurance then they towed the car ,I went to police station for accident report then I called the insurance they advised me that they are attending the matter and they will come back to me ,until I did follow up myself still they said they are busy with the guys of towing company to my surprise yesterday they have phoned me and told me they are not going to pay for the towing cost if they paid they will add to.my excess now I need help because I even ask them what do they do with this kind of situation because the matter was beyond my control and it was a high risk area or myb they should just left the car and the ******* can strip it ,now they sending me up and down and my car is still with towing company but they advised me that requested for invoice from towing company noe they told me to pay please help regards Madolo k claim number ***
