Worst insurer ever I am with Absa indirect for over 10 years and it is the worst company to work with.I submitted a claim on the 26/09/23 and got my claim nr *** it took them 2 weeks to sent some one to come and have a look and quote on the work that needs to be done for the repair after storm damage .It is now 21/11/23 and no response from them I have mailed and phoned then at least 3 times a week every time they say they will escalate the mater but I get no feed back and my other problem is that it is not absa that deal with the mater it is 4-sure and I have a problem with that because I I’m not with them I am with absa I hope absa is going to pay all the damage that are getting worst every day they are delaying this matter
