Agents are always dropping my calls

I have been trying to call Absa for the last hour, all of my calls are dropped and Im unable to get feedback on my claim status. Yesterday when I called one agent put down on me in the middle of my sentence and the other put me on hold and then waited for me to put down so that it doesn't show that he is dropping my calls. I am just bouncing from one agent to the next without getting anywhere and im urgently needing to sort out a leak in my house. Please can someone senior contact me so I can get assistance urgently.
