Active by ABSA - Nqobile Mbhele' excellent service!!!

On the 26th of March 2024, I was looking for insurance for my car I then contacted ABSA direct insurance. I was gladly assisted by a consultant 'Nqobile Mbhele'. The lady took all the stress I had at that time of finding a reasonable insurance away. She was so polite, patient, kind, calm and soft spoken. She assisted me with great diligence and passion. I have never ever experienced such a friendly conversation, where an individual well explained everything and actually made you comfortable to talk to and confident that he or she will assist you. All these other consultants always rush out through their processes and get done. I was really happy with her service and the premium for an insurance I got from ABSA active.
