Activate some service please
I have been trying to get through for almost 2 weeks, I have emailed on the 5th January 2025 and I have no response or call. I’m not sure what to do to get assistance from my insurance

29 Jan 2025, 11:36I finally got assisted by Tumisho and Patience Lulama, these ladies have been pleasant to liaise with. Tumisho even gave her direct line and Patirnce called me back. It’s comforting that there are some consultants that are customers focused.
My suggestion to the business is consider having direct lines to departments eg collections, retentions etc I think it would help.
Also direct consultants to handle the direct mail and action.
