Activate Insurance from ABSA ****.

Activate at Absa joined from me I have send them multiple emails to cancel the policy. I have phoned them 4 times already the first time someone answered and i ask them to cancel my policy so after that they still try to charge money from me and had to pay penalty due to not having the amount in my account after 5 attempts to cancel it the other 3 times i phoned i was waiting online for 3 hours each time for someone to answer. This is the wors insurance you can get stay away and hope everybody reads this review before they actually join. i told the lady i don't want to join she said for them to send the documents with the policy quote they can just add me as i want to join but then i can cancel but how do you cancel if nobody answers the phones or reads the emails you send.
