Activate Car Insurance Call Centre poor poor service!!!

Call centre does not answer calls and you wait on the line for over 30 minutes. They will transfer you to the next call and you will wait forever. I have waited for more than 40 minutes and as soon as an agent answers then they hangup (after waiting for that long). It’s not even the first time worse part, I never get hold of them and I am done now. I am changing my insurance.

I have been trying to get a 10% reward of not claiming and I never received help, it’s been 2 months now.
