Activate by ABSA’s only saviour!

I had a terrible experience trying to log a claim with Activate by ABSA. It was a nightmare!! I was at my wits end!!! Then, Thamsanqa Khoco (ABSA’s knight in shining armour) CALLED ME!!!! I was flabbergasted. His service was spectacular, his manner and compassion was somewhat comforting and he handled the situation so delicately. He kept me informed, sent me all the necessary documents. Within a week the claim was logged, devices collected, assessed, and a settlement offered. I was absolutely shocked… but mostly very very grateful and so relieved! He had such an incredible way of keeping the situation calm and a wonderful phone personality that it felt as if I’d known him for years! Truly amazing consultant. He is the ONLY reason I am renewing my policy with Activate by ABSA. I will NOT deal with anyone else!! EMPLOYEE OF THE CENTURY!! Give that man a “raise!”
