Activate by ABSA - useless tracker unit.

Activate by ABSA......... DO NOT believe what they say.....46minutes spent on my cellphone trying to get answers. I had spoken to the agents who install the tracker unit in my car. After about 3 weeks I had to get assistance with jump starting my vehicle. I was informed that the tracker unit that Activate by ABSA is using, does not have its own back up battery pack, thus draining the battery of it power. Activate by ABSA has AGAIN failed to contact me. I want a new battery from them. I was also told by the agent that the units are a problem and what they normally do is remove the tracker for the vehicle for about 2 weeks which gives the car battery enough time to fully charge and then re-install the unit.......*** is the point. Can someone please explain that reasoning to me. So all you Activate by ABSA clients, if you are having the same issue, have you tracker checked, see if it has its own backup battery supply or not. I will be taking legal action against these dishonest people. I was basically forced to has this tracker installed in my car if I wanted insurance. At first it sound WOW....until I became another dumbass victim of lies.
