Activate by Absa

I have been with Activate by Absa for over a year. They randomly sent me an email with a cancellation letter attached saying they cancelled my car insurance as per my request. I have never called or emailed them to cancel my car insurance. I've been trying to get ahold of them for the past three days. I'm livid!
