Activate by ABSA is an insurance company that rewards clients with a cashback based on your driving. They install a tracking device in your vehicle and according to you driving behaviour you get rewarded with a cash back. It is now almost 8 months since the last payment from them. I phoned the customer service 3 times to enquire about why i dont get my cashback, still this is not resolved.
