Action to be taken please urgently.
Good evening I am writing this review to bring into attention with Absa Activate same thing happening like last year the struggle of getting help with Absa Activate is way too much what's the point of having an Activate help but it's not helping with anything.
I have insured my car with Absa Activate with the thought I won't have any struggles whenever I need something, I have lost count of me calling and listening to the answering machine more than 30 minutes, emails are just auto replies till now no consultant has called me.
This is really frustrating and annoying I'm so unhappy as a client.

This is not the first I'm having issues with Absa Activate Insurance the only option I have will have no choice but to cancel this insurance cause clearly this will continue. If nothing has changed from my past experience then what will make change now.
Kindly provide me with the direct number for cancelation since I have to hold on phone for more than 30 minutes.
