Accident claim

The worst insurance ever I was in an accident on the 05 May 2021. Still today no one has ever said anything to me no update I need to call everyday To follow up even today I have not gotten a proper way forward I still don’t have my car back but they’re quick to debt but no services. If they can only use the same energy to assist their clients then the world would be a better place.
