Abuse by ABSA insurance/ unauthorised debit

This company is bullying customers even if they comply with their policies. It happened in 2021 September absa asked for proof of vehicle insurance from my wife, that was done, even this year 2024 September it happened the same way proof asked, proof sent, still unauthorised debit is done, now this shows how *********** are these employees are, and how they are oppressing customers. I need them to refund my wife’s money as I have been paying insurance for the vehicle. I cannot recommend vehicle finance from them because they are abusing clients
