Absolute shocking service

Absolutely shocking!! Power surge happened nearly 3 weeks ago. Lights have still not been replaced. After phoning multiple times and promises that "the contractor will be there tomorrow" ... nothing! The family that rents this house has to operate in darkness. Outsurance and Old Mutual has long ago finalised their claims with the upmost professionalism.
