Absolute disgrace. No Service. Money taken. Now becomes Ombudsman issue!

I have never had such *********** people to deal with. You first struggle to reach these people to get a quote for insurance. After 3 weeks finally got a quote and confirmed insurance. Then some of the goods were not added to the quote which we asked for in writing. After trying again to reach them to add the missing goods which we requested. The whole quote has changed the original goods on the quote was increased with almost R1000. We did not acceot this quote and requeated them to correct it. We are not able to reach them telephonically at all for 2 weeks straight. They are not responding to our emails. And they deducted the incorrect amount from us. I am absolutely furious with this *********** company. Absolutely bad service. This matter will now have to be referred to the ombudsman since our money is taken incorrectly. No feedback received and just a disgrace for a company.
