Absolut ******* company

I had a claim on my swimming pool leaking. Assessor came when there was load shedding. Nothing resolved. 3+ months later. I had to do my repairs myself. Sent a broken glass claim in and it took 3 weeks to come back to me. This is definitely not an insurance company I would recommend. Accesses change without notifications. Service is bad . quality of customer service on the phone is terrible. Try other options. This definitely not the company to use. Its sad though as i am banking with ABSA for 30+ years and this was recommended to me by the consultant that did my bond application.
