ABSA!!!worst insurance company ever

ABSA Activate is one of the worst insurances I've ever dealt with. I have been trying to get through to them for the past 2 months with no luck. I can’t even track my car on their app, worst of it all is that it doesn’t even record my trips which makes me wonder if they are really tracking my car.

I emailed them on 4 December 2024 to cancel my policy with them, this is the message I received from them - Thank you for your request. Your case has been forwarded to a consultant who will provide feedback as soon as possible. The reference number for this Case is C-***8. If you have any queries or were requested to submit additional documents, please reply to this email directly, as your query will be automatically linked to your existing case.

Regards Activate Admin I have been calling them since, on the 27th of December I called agin I was made to wait for more than 30 minutes and I was promised that my case will be escalated to the manager and I will be contacted on Monday the 30th of December, till today I she’s not heard from them. Up to date no one has contacted me.

I want my policy cancelled with immediate effect, I'm tired of this useless insurance company.
