ABSA's worse than worse customer service!!!!!

Once again I want to give ABSA HOC a minus 10 stars. In this instance it's again a matter of ...Have no expectations and I will not be disappointed!!! 1 st Borehole pump gave up on us...HOC refused to fit the bill because it's wear and tear...fare enough we replace and pay for this.

A month later lightning strikes , new Borehole pump gets hit...no water and ABSA FEELS LESS THAN NOTHING!!!!!

WE ARE STILL WAITING TO GET ANY ANSWERS!!!! What a disgrace!!
