Absabinsurance useless

My wife an i Recently joined Absa Activate car insurance. They offered us a tracker as part of our package, had that installed 1 week ago, downloaded the absa activate app. 1 week later an the app is still not working, an via a phone communication with them they said it will take up to 28 days to register on the app. What **** is that, by that time my car ******, stripped an shipped for spares before I can find out where it's location is. So now we emailed them 2days ago to the absa admin email an yet still no reply as we told them in the email we are wanting to cancel this insurance with immediate effect. It appears to me that absa is more interested in the corporate industry more than the small guy. Worst after service ever.
