Absa your reputation has been tarnished.

Absa assesor Dion Venter insisted i move my car from an Absa approved panelshop to Mokar panelbeaters.Car stood at their premises from the 27/10 till 4/11. Upon me calling for progress update i was notified nothing was done for a week and a half citing reasons of them waiting dor the assesor. Mokar eventually notified me 15/11 car was done.Collected car and suspension noise was worse than when it went in.No quality control was done .Mokar collected car to have it repaired second time on rear left wheel. Car was brought back with persisting problem. Right side that was repaired needed to be repaired again.Today 23rd car collected and returned. Suspension noise seem to be quite. Absa- i - Direct you should seriously reconsider your assessor and approved repair partner. Wholeheartedly hope my car was fixed properly this time and no surprises of poor workmanship awaits . Utterly Disgusted!
