Absa worst service-Highly disappointing

Completely disgusted with Absa insurance. Advised them a week ago that their workmanship on replacing the valve for our geyser resulted in our geyser breaking. This was confirmed by professional assessors, yet they refuse to settle the matter by fixing their mistake. They have no consideration for the inconvenience and duress we placed under. All they have to say is management is looking into the matter. Think long and hard before choosing Absa for your home loans their customer service is pathetic.
