ABSA Wills and Trusts

ABSA Wills and Trusts is the most pathetic and infuriating call centre I have encountered, I also sent an email to their suggested contact, they did not even acknowledge the mail, even when you get through to their agents they will deliberate hang up on you. The last call went unanswered for 21 minutes. I am not an ABSA client, I therefore pity their clients.
