ABSA Vehicle Insurance

Please do not take vehicle insurance with ABSA. I had an accident in 2023 where the right hand side of my vehicle was hit into by a taxi. The tyre of the vehicle was also hit. Assessor used my pictures for my claim and advise that my rear axle was checked and in order. There was no accident thereafter however my rear axle broke. The vehicle was take to Suzuki who confirmed an axle cannot just break and was caused through an old accident. This could have been caused through a small crack which could not be visible at the time. The rear axle cracked in the middle and was funny that the right hand side where i had the accident was affected the most. The ABSA assessor states that the rear axle cracked in the middle hence not from that accident and was very rude in advising me of same. All in all I had to fix the vehicle on my own and ABSA insurance was the worst because I could not get a hold of them either. Spoke to others about ABSA and it was confirmed the service from their insurance it terrible,
