Absa vehicle insurance added after multiple attempts to show proof of insurance

An insurance amount will be added to my vehicle finance monthly after I sent multiple emails to their email address given to me. I have sent my proof of insurance 3 times and no response, just added to my monthly debit order. How will this be fixed because this will be putting me in financial strain and paying for 2 insurances.
