Absa take me home

Absa idirect insure has been the best car insurance company I've used. Their benefits are amazing. Comes with a standard excess. No unnecessary additional excesses. I just recently used their drive me home services. I waited for only 20mins from requesting and them organizing it. The driver wasn't that friendly but i was glad to have someone take me home as i was from the hospital. The consultant who organized my ride was super friendly. Very calm and funny. He made the whole process a breeze. Called me every few minutes to update me and once they dispatched the driver he called to check if the driver arrived. He later called to check if i was home safely.
