ABSA SHORT TERM INSURANCE very bad communication

Very bad communication...not receiving calls or emails back from ABSA- not sure if my household content and vechiles are covered- NOTHING in writing from Mampho Shomang nor Tiiso Lebese - continues communication problems with ABSA SHORT TERM!!!!
