Absa service provider bad service
Logged a claim for my windscreen and the service provider has been messing me up, they claimed to have fixed a car that was mistaken for mine, they never showed up to fix my windscreen, I have to keep calling and getting different stories.

29 Dec 2025, 12:40Absa my gosh the service you guys are offering is pathetic. I took my windscreen to get fixed today and I told them to repair the chip, they replaced the windscreen and I found out after that I need to pay a 1000 excess fee, if I didn’t have the money what would have happened. I also got a call now from a consultant who I asked this question and he said because I logged the claim on the app I won’t get full information on the claims process, what kind of ******* process is this. I want to cancel this insurance
