Today I phone to check on my policy that was ammendment I didn't get the documents or it was sent to me the lady who answered the phone by the name of Lucia Lekone help me a lot She checked and send the documents immediately She checked if the debit order was done The highlight is when she told me that the amount debited was more than what was supposed to be debited Am very happy and I appreciate her honesty The money will be reversed to my account Thank you Lucia Keep it up
