ABSA RETENTIONS - ANYBODY THERE? Been holding on for 30 min - still no answer
Okay so after we lost half of the premiums paid into our policies we sent an cancellation request to Retentions. NO feedback - NO email to acknowledge receipt of email. I've been holding on for 30min know for an agent to answer the call!!!! Hallo - anybody home?
