Absa rejected roof repair claim,first time claiming since 2017

Very disappointed with ABSA HOC Department. My property has been insured with them since 2017 it is a new development. I noticed the ceiling in the one room showing water damage due to the ongoing storms and extreme hailstorms as of late. Claim was out right rejected by them. claiming poor maintenance but the house is brand new inside and out and I have never claimed before for any damages. I TERMINATED MY CONTRACT WITH THEM AND WILL DO SO WITH MY BUISINESS ACCOUNTS AND CREDIT ACCOUNTS. I do not recommend Absa building insurance to anyone especially if you're a first time homeowner.
