Absa Pathetic
I've been holding a line now for over 30 minutes to speak to an insurance agent, yet there is no answer. This is SOOOO PATHETIC. This is FU...ng ridiculous! Ever since i joined Absa I've been struggling with them....

The second time at complaints the lady said the she couldnt find the reference nr for the first complaint logged???? This is not the first time ive struggled with Absa like this.
