Absa not for insurance

Having been with absa Activate for 3 years and despite many attempts to reach out to someone to reduce my insurance premiums absolutely no one bothered to reply to my e mails etc. So now I have decided to cancel my insurance policy and having tried on 3 different occasions to get an agent to assist me the line keep saying busy with high call volumes, I had even sent an e mailing stating that the 7 march 2025 will be my last and this e mail was sent over a week ago and to date no one has even responded to my mail or sent a letter of cancelation. I urge you people please stay away from absa insurance they should focus on banking as clearly they totally suck at insurance.
